The SIA-India Young Fellow Programme aims to engage talented and driven young professionals in advancing research, stakeholder engagement, and thought leadership within India’s growing space economy.
This structured, year-long fellowship offers immersive exposure to policy advocacy, industry engagement, and strategic research on emerging space issues. Fellows will also be actively involved in the day-to-day operations of SIA-India.
Fellowship Duration: 12 months
Intake Windows: April, August, December
(Three rolling cohorts are admitted each year, with two vacancies available per cohort.)

Fellows will work under the guidance of the SIA-India Secretariat and senior advisors. They will gain real-time exposure to policy work, industry interactions, and thought leadership initiatives, with opportunities to participate in prominent events such as the India Space Congress, DefSAT Conference & Expo, policy roundtables, webinars, and international exchanges.
