He is a telecommunication engineer by profession for about 29 years now and he is currently chairing the Indonesia-ITU Concern Forum (IICF) a non-government organization that focuses on ITU matters which he co-founded in 2013. He is practicing telecommunication consultancy service on satellite communication system, subsea telecommunication system, and radiofrequency spectrum regulatory matters for the private sectors both in Indonesia and overseas. He has extensive experience on PPP projects with the Indonesian Communication and Informatics Ministry for the USO projects in particular.
