Commodore Jaspreet Singh Shergill, NM was commissioned in the Executive Branch of the Indian Navy on 01 January 1986. He has been the Executive Director of National Maritime Foundation, New Delhi. The Commodore was also the Lead Drafter of Joint Doctrine-Indian Armed Forces Doctrine – 2017 and Joint Training Doctrine Indian Armed Forces – 2017. He superannuated from the service on 31 August 2019.
