Chief Executive Officer, Doolae Healthcare Co., Ltd.

Pradeep Unni is a technology entrepreneur with extensive experience spanning satellite communications, connectivity infrastructure, and healthcare. He brings a rare combination of engineering rigour and commercial leadership to complex, high-stakes industries — with a career defined by building and scaling enterprises across Asia and beyond. Pradeep spent over two decades at Thaicom Public Company Limited, then Asia's largest satellite operator, where he rose to the position of Chief Commercial Officer. During his tenure, he served on the company's Risk Management, Strategic Management, and Crisis Management Committees — reflecting the breadth of his strategic contribution at the senior leadership level. He departed Thaicom in 2016. Following his departure, Pradeep founded Antara Spacecom, an Asia-based venture built around the world's first fully flexible Very-High-Throughput Satellite (VHTS). The company's mission is to bridge the digital divide across the developing world by delivering affordable, sustainable satellite connectivity to underserved communities throughout Asia — regions where reliable communications have historically been unavailable or prohibitively expensive. Alongside his work in satellite communications, Pradeep identified a significant opportunity in the healthcare sector. Leveraging his global network of technology vendors and partners, he established healthcare enterprises in both the United Kingdom and Thailand, further demonstrating his ability to translate deep industry relationships into new commercial ventures. Pradeep remains an active and influential figure in the satellite communications ecosystem, serving as a Non-Executive Director across several satcom-related companies. These board positions reflect his standing as a trusted industry insider and his continued role in shaping the strategic direction of emerging players across the sector. Pradeep holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Bangalore University and an MBA in International Business from Griffith University, Australia. This combination of technical foundation and commercial education underpins his distinctive approach to leadership in the global satellite and connectivity space.
